Please remember when moving in or out of the Township, you are required to fill out a “no fee” moving permit.

Moving permits can be emailed to info@uppermilford.net or mailed to PO Box 210 old Zionsville PA 18068.  Permits will be processed immediately and sent back to you as proof of residency for school registrations, etc. To use the submit button you will need to download the form, save and then hit submit.
