The Upper Milford Township/East Penn SD Tax Collector Collects Upper Milford Township and East Penn School District Real Estate Taxes Only – EIT is collected through Berkheimer. Lehigh County Tax is collected directly from Lehigh County.
Real Estate Tax payments are being accepted as per office hours below.
You may mail Real Estate Tax Payments to PO Box 265 Old Zionsville PA 18068 or drop them off in the White Metal Drop Box outside the Township Office (In the Flower bed near the Historical Marker Sign marked "Drop Box").
If you include your email address, your stamped tax receipt can be emailed to you. Otherwise include a self-addressed stamped envelope and your receipt will be mailed back to you.

If you are a bank, mortgage holder, or closing company, and are requesting tax information, Real Estate Tax Certificates are $30.00, payable to “Philip Vanim”. Please e-mail your certification request along with a copy of your check. Duplicate bill fees are $5.00 payable to “Philip Vanim”.

Office hours from 9am – 1pm and 6pm-8pm are available on the following dates for 2026:
April 28th, 29th and 30th; May 19th, 20th, 21st, 26th 27th 28th; July 28th, 29th, 30th;
August 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th; October 27th, 28th, 29th; December 28th, 29th, 30th.
